In Year 2 - we have seen the impact of quick-fire sentence generating on the children's writing. It has also helped to develop their story writing ideas. The children are getting much better at constructing sentences quickly, which gives their imagination a chance to flow!
We chose 3 random words in this activity, said our sentences aloud to a partner and then wrote them on the whiteboards.
The class also enjoyed the silliness of the activity and we had a good laugh at each others imaginative ideas!
